| Workshop Theatre Presents: The Lady in the Van. Written by Alan Bennett. Directed by Jacquie Brennan & Tammy Dalrymple-White. The true story of Miss Shepherd, an eccentric woman of uncertain origins, who `temporarily' parked her broken-down van in writer Alan Bennett's London driveway, and proceeded to live there for the next 15 years. Cast includes Donna Barnfield as Miss Shepherd, Hamish Crawford as Alan Bennett, and Simon C. Larter as Alan Bennett (inner persona), along with many more talented faces! Performed at the Pumphouse Theatre May 24th - June 1st, 2019. Evening shows start at 7:30pm and matinee shows starting at 2:30pm on each Saturday.
