Information:
We will be performing Drowning Ophelia, written by Kim Cheel. This one-act, bookended by scenes from Hamlet explores the types of abuse – emotional, mental, and physical.

Characters:

Trucker/Priest: Male (any age)
Dee: Female (any age)
Alice: Female (any age)
Tracy/Gertrude: Female (any age)
Liz: Female (any age)
Chuck/Claudius: Male (late 20's to early 40's)
Eric: Male (late 20's to early 40's)
Cora/Laertes: Female (30's)
Matt/Hamlet: Male (30's)

Actors must prepare a Shakespearean and contemporary monologue, as well as prepare for a cold read.
