Information:
What a glorious feeling, I'm happy again!

You remember the story. You love the characters. You know “the song.” FRC is proud to present the stage adaptation of one of the most celebrated and beloved films of all time, Singin’ in the Rain!

Set in 1920’s Hollywood, this zany, light-hearted romantic comedy centres around the early days of sound film, when many a movie studio found itself scrambling to salvage the career of its chipmunk-voiced silent picture star. Much loved silent film actor Don Lockwood (Gene Kelly in the film) has to find a way to stay on top, so with the help of his friend Cosmo and love interest Kathy Seldon, Don turns his first talking picture into a musical.

With songs like "Make ‘Em Laugh”, “Good Morning” and, of course, “Singin’ in the Rain”, you’ll be tapping your toes all night long. Bring the kids, bring your friends, but don’t forget your umbrella – you never know when it might start raining!
