Theatre Auditions:

The 2011 season marks the 25th Anniversary of the Liffey Players Irish Drama Society. To follow up a great run at the Vertigo for the International Acting Irish Festival, and to commemorate our 1/4 century, we are planning something special for all present and past members, featuring a fun performance fit for the whole family.

The Liffey is presently auditioning multiple roles for our fall production of Ken Bourke's farce "The Hunt for Red Willie"

Synopsis: On a remote stretch of bog in County Donegal in 1829, a local landlord meets his end while in pursuit of the notorious Red Willie, the infamous poitin distiller. Foul play is suspected and the hunt is on in a quick paced, farcical romp that casts a warm, side-long glance at some of Irish Theatre's classics.

Male actors needed, ages 20-60ish.

Female actors 20-40ish.
