| Hello Everyone - And I do mean everyone as this is a meeting announcement that would normally go out to just the CA Membership. This invite is for anyone contemplating submitting an entry to get into the 2011 Calgary Fringe Festival. Our guest speaker is Michele Gallant, Festival Director of the CFF. She will answering questions and be discussing what you need to know about the Calgary Fringe Festival, it's selection process and other useful bits of information. Meeting will be on Tuesday November 16th and starts at 7:30 - We will start with Roundtable Introductions as usual and then go to our guest speaker. Regular business with the membership will commence afterwards. Location: The Lantern Church (one of the Festival Venues) The Hall downstairs - entrance at the side of the Church. 1401 10 Ave SE. Parking is on the street or at the municipal parking lot, corner of 9th Ave and 12th Street. (the Lantern is one block east of that parking lot) We do invite our regular member companies and individuals to attend as well as there are several items of business and information to discuss. Note that the meeting is on a Tuesday. In an effort to make the CA meetings accessible to members we are alternating our meetings between Tuesdays and Mondays so that companies have a better chance of attending one if not more meetings during this season. A full schedule for the year will be sent out soon. I look forward to seeing Member Company Reps and those interested in next summers Calgary Fringe Festival at the meeting.
