| Notice of Annual General Meeting: The Calgary Fringe Festival Society will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday March 3, 2010, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Lantern Church in Inglewood. (1401 10 Avenue Se, Calgary, AB, T2G0X1 This is your opportunity to participate in one of Calgary’s most exciting festivals. We encourage all with an interest or passion in live theatre, to join us to learn about the society and to help in setting the course for future festivals and events. The agenda will include, but not be limited to: 1. Approval of Agenda 2. Approval of Minutes from the 2009 AGM 3. Review of Reports: * President * Producer/Director * Treasurer (includes presentation of Year End Financial Statements 4. Motion to amend by-laws 5. Election of Officers 6. New Business 7. Adjournment We are looking to fill the new position of Vice President and are accepting applications in advance for this role.
