| Attic Players announces auditions for the hit musical ZANNA DON'T Produced by Shelby Reinitz and Directed by Karmen J. Rodomar. **************** ABOUT THE SHOW All is well in Heartsville, the quarterback of the football team is starring in the school musical, everyone is excited about Mike's chess match until...(gasp)...a guy and a girl realize they have feelings for each other! Zanna, the school's magical matchmaker, takes it upon himself to help, but all does not go exactly to plan. "Zanna is a crowd favorite because the musical named for him makes you want to believe. Few shows have the appeal of 'Zanna, Don't!'" - BRUCE WEBER in THE NEW YORK TIMES **************** Auditions are in 5-minute appointments only Saturday January 30th and Saturday February 6th. Callbacks will follow by invitation only. Please bring an accompaniment CD or be prepared to sing A Capella. An accompanist will not be available. Actors may also be asked to do a range check. Contemporary monologues and musical theatre songs are preferred. Please do not prepare pieces from ZANNA DON'T. Callbacks may include cold reads, singing and/or dancing.
