Meanwhile the evil sheriff is up to no good, raising taxes and imprisoning Jim's parents. He kidnaps Robin's sweetheart Maid Marian and determines to marry her. All of which sets up the glorious finale when the Merry Men conceive a cunning rescue plan. A refreshing new take on the old legend, with Robin and his (very) campy followers, the Merry Men, two villians in the evil Prince John and the even eviller Sheriff of Nottingham, and an outrageous dame, Jemima Gusset. An enjoyable evening for the family with a hilarious mix of fun, music and adventure that is guaranteed to please. Morpheus Theatre has implemented Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program. In compliance with Alberta Government requirements, we will require proof of vaccination (QR Code Required), documentation of a medical exemption, or a negative PCR or rapid COVID test (within 72 hours) from all patrons and volunteers. Documentation along with government issued identification will be required as you enter the Theatre building. In addition to providing the above documentation, face masks that cover the nose, mouth, and chin, are required to be worn at all times while inside the theatre including while watching the performance. Face masks may be removed only while eating or drinking.
