The mandate of Morpheus Theatre is to produce shows where anyone can join regardless of age or experience. While we realize the output of our efforts is to provide dramatic entertainment to the community at large, we produce the shows to give the volunteers a place where they can express and explore their talents.

The 2008 / 2009 season includes the productions:
- Funny Money by Ray Cooney, directed by Dan Gibbins;
- Robin Hood & His Merry Men, directed by Vicki Wiseman;
- Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead by Tom Stoppard, directed by Michelle Brandenburg; and
- Gilbert and Sullivan's Patience, directed by Richard Michelle-Pentelbury.
